Cancellation Policy

At Oasis Trails, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we are committed to applying clear and fair cancellation conditions.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation made 45 days or more before the scheduled date: full refund of amounts paid.

Cancellation made less than 45 days before departure: refund after deduction of applicable fees (bank fees and/or specific cancellation fees).

Refunds:

If cancellation fees apply, the balance is refunded after deduction, via the payment method used at the time of booking.

How to cancel:

To request a cancellation, contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will assist you in the process and confirm the applicable refund amount.
