Cancellation Policy

At Oasis Trails, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to providing clear and fair cancellation conditions.

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the scheduled date: full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 45 days before departure: refund will be issued after deduction of applicable fees (bank transfer charges and/or specific cancellation fees).

Refunds:

If cancellation fees apply, the remaining balance will be refunded after deductions, using the original method of payment at the time of booking.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process and confirm the applicable refund amount.
